These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SaaS Hunt, available at https://saashunt.pro and operated by APPSOFTEA LTD. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, submitting product content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
SaaS Hunt is a platform for discovering, publishing, and promoting early-stage SaaS products. The service may include creator profiles, product pages, coming soon pages, editorial curation, launch visibility workflows, and paid subscription features.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use SaaS Hunt only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
3. Product Submissions and Public Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any content you submit, publish, or display through SaaS Hunt, including product descriptions, logos, screenshots, links, launch dates, founder notes, and profile information.
By submitting content, you grant SaaS Hunt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious content
- Misrepresent a product, company, or launch status
- Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform operations
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform in a way that violates applicable law or our documented rules
- Use SaaS Hunt to distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent offers
We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe these Terms or platform rules have been violated.
5. Paid Plans, Billing, and Trials
SaaS Hunt may offer free and paid plans, including recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled
- Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before renewal
- Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically
You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and up to date.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable except where SaaS Hunt determines that a technical issue materially prevented access to a paid feature and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable period.
You may cancel recurring plans to avoid future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior charges.
7. Intellectual Property
SaaS Hunt and its software, interface design, branding, editorial materials, and platform features are owned by APPSOFTEA LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, change, pause, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or any specific launch outcome, traffic level, or visibility result.
SaaS Hunt may also moderate, curate, reorder, or remove listings and public content based on product quality, editorial judgment, policy enforcement, or operational needs.
9. Privacy
Your use of SaaS Hunt is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
10. Disclaimers
SaaS Hunt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that any submission will be featured, approved, discoverable, or commercially successful.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPSOFTEA LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of SaaS Hunt.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to SaaS Hunt in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective once posted on the site unless a later date is stated. Continued use of SaaS Hunt after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
