Before, during, and after launch

Audience. Name the specific user, problem, and first useful outcome.Product. Test the core workflow in a signed-out browser and on a phone.Positioning. Write one clear sentence describing who the product helps and what it does.Evidence. Prepare real screenshots or a short demo, and document limitations.Access. Make the product, pricing, support, and privacy information easy to find.Channels. Choose three channels with relevant audiences; check their current rules and fees.Attribution. Create a separate UTM link per channel and record the published listing URL.Conversion. Test that a real successful signup or activation is measured, rather than a button click.Launch. Publish a truthful introduction and answer questions; do not buy votes.Review. Compare results at 7 and 30 days, including time, spend, and qualified activations.
